Payment & Shipping
Online Payment options are available such as Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking & Wallets & UPI.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select PIN Codes.
Shipping is Free on orders paid via Online Payment option.
Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping is available at a flat rate of Rs. 50/- for cart value between Rs. 440 to Rs. 5,000 only.
- In case you face the above issue, just get in touch with us on 9920053701 or firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the following details: Amount that got deducted & Email ID used to place the order.
- On receipt of the above information we will check our Payment Gateway and get back to you regarding the payment status at the earliest.
- Once an order is placed, we process it in 1-2 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page), except on Saturdays, Sundays and designated Holidays. However in some cases we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Once an order is shipped, it will take the following number of days to deliver:
Within Mumbai > up to 2 days
Mumbai to Metro Cities > up to 4 days
Rest of India > up to 6 days
Please note that delivery time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
- If your order has not left our warehouse, change of address is possible. Please contact us immediately from your registered phone number or email address to give us the proper address.
- If your order has left our warehouse, unfortunately change in address is NOT possible. If the package is undelivered, it will be returned back to our warehouse and re-shipping charges are Rs. 200/- flat rate, which has to be PrePaid.
Discount codes are Not Applicable on the following:
- Products already on Sale.
- Products sold as a Set or Combo.
- Cart Value is less than the minimum value required to avail discount.
- As a first step, we request you to check with the building security/reception, other house members or neighbours to see if they have received the package.
- In case, you still aren't able to locate the package, please email us on email@example.com within 24 hours of the order being 'marked as delivered', and we will investigate the same with our shipping partner.
Acceptance of cancellation request by customer is at the sole discretion of Type7. Cancellation request will be considered ONLY IF the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and IF the order has NOT already been DISPATCHED from our warehouse. If a PrePaid Order is cancelled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), then we can only provide store credit of the amount paid.
If a PrePaid Order is cancelled (AFTER it has already been shipped from our warehouse), then we can only provide a store credit AFTER DEDUCTING Rs. 200/- from the amount paid.
Our main aim is to ship out every order successfully but in some situations we may cancel the order. Following are some of the circumstances that may result in your order being cancelled :
- In case of inaccurate or insufficient address and if delivery location is in a non serviceable area.
- In case of incorrect or fraudulent payment.
- Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Type7 reserves the right to cancel an order.
