Coronavirus (COVID-19) UPDATE [IMPORTANT] as on 23rd March, 2020:

Currently, we have been informed by our Shipping Partners, that there is an Embargo (shutdown) on Supply Chain operations in Mumbai, where our warehouse is located, hence scheduled pick-ups are delayed beyond our control. If you have placed your order on or after 20th March, rest assured that your order will be shipped on priority as soon as the embargo is lifted. Note on Coronavirus (COVID-19) from Type7:

Our World is facing an unprecedented health crises and we understand that everyone is affected by the impact of Coronovirus (COVID-19). As we see that our country has taken steps to mitigate the spread of the virus, our priority at Type7 is to ensure the wellbeing and health of our staff & customers. We wanted to outline a few important steps we have taken to ensure the same:

  • Minimize the working hours of our dispatch staff, without affecting their payouts.
  • Washing hands/sanitizing before handling products and starting any work.
  • Sanitizing our work space regularly.

Further, we have also received important updates from our Shipping Partners regarding steps they are taking for maintaining sanitized working conditions and following of WHO guidelines regarding supply chain operations.

Considering the above, although we are shipping out orders regularly, there may be delays in delivery due to service disruptions in some regions.

Shipping & Payments:

  • What are the Shipping Charges & Payment Options?

A flat shipping rate of Rs. 50/- is applicable on orders paid by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking & Wallets using the secure PayU Payment Gateway.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select PIN Codes at a flat rate of Rs. 90/- for cart value under Rs. 5,000.

  • While placing a PrePaid order, my money was deducted from my account but I didn’t get an order confirmation page/email?

In case you face the above issue, just get in touch with us on 9920053701 or info@type7 and provide us with the following details:

    • Amount that got deducted
    • Email ID used to place the order

On receipt of the above information we will check our Payment Gateway and get back to you regarding the payment status at the earliest. 

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once an order is placed, we process it in 1-2 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page), except on Saturdays, Sundays and designated Holidays. However in some cases we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order due to unforeseen circumstances. We ship through leading courier services like Delhivery/FedEx. 

Once an order is shipped, it will take the following number of days to deliver:

Within Mumbai Mumbai to Metro Cities Rest of India
up to 2 days up to 4 days up to 6 days

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

  • How can I track my order?

After an order is shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS with the tracking details. You can also visit your order page to track the status of your order.

  • Can I change my Shipping Address?

If your order has not left our warehouse, change of address is possible. Please contact us immediately from your registered phone number or email address to give us the proper address.

If your order has left our warehouse, unfortunately change in address is NOT possible. If the package is undelivered, it will be returned back to our warehouse and re-shipping charges are Rs. 200/- flat rate, which has to be PrePaid.

  • I used a Discount Code but did not get a discount?

Discount codes are Not Applicable on the following:

    • Products already on Sale.
    • Products sold as a Set or Combo.

In the above case, the products are already marked down, hence further discount is not provided.


  • Cancellation by Customer

Acceptance of cancellation request by customer is at the sole discretion of Type7. Cancellation request will be considered ONLY IF the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and IF the order has NOT already been DISPATCHED from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please call our customer care at +91 9920053701.

If a PrePaid Order is cancelled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), then we can only provide store credit of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation by Type7

Our main aim is to ship out every order successfully; in some situations we may cancel the order. Some of the circumstances which may result in your order being cancelled include:

    • Availability of items.
    • In case of inaccurate or insufficient address and if delivery location is in a non serviceable area.
    • In case of incorrect or fraudulent payment.
    • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Type7 reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
